Dr. Steven L. B. Jones is a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Certified team. He has over forty years of leadership experience in the corporate and non-profit business sectors. Additionally, Dr. SLB Jones is a former elder and pastor of over 20 years. He currently serves as the Pastor of Discipleship, Spiritual Formation, and Leadership at Converge church in McKinney, TX. Dr. SLB Jones received his MBA from LSU Shreveport and his Ph.D. in organizational leadership with focused research in Leadership development from Regent University.
